Description :
PTFE envelope gasket consists of two parts, cladding layer and insert filler. Insert filler is generally the non-metal sealing material with or without metal enhancement layer ,such as non-asbestos rubber sheet ,non-asbestos rubber sheet and graphite composite sheet board etc. PTFE envelope gasket is mainly used in flat flanges and convex section steel pipe flanges connection. According to different structures of the inner filler, there are v-shaped, u-shaped and L-shaped.
PTFE envelope gaskets are produced in several types to meet the most demanding applications: dissection cut PTFE envelope gasket /folding PTFE envelope gasket /mechanical processing PTFE envelope gasket.
