According to customer's requirements or drawings, PTFE special shape articles are made from high qualify PTFE resin, are finished by first molding and then machining or other special process.PTFE profiled application: ptfe profiled applies to - 190 ºC ~ + 260 ºC temperature, can be used for electrical insulation materials and the lining of contact corrosion medium, bearing slide block, an axle seal and lubrication materials. Widely used in chemical industry, mechanical seal, bridge, electric power, aviation, electronic and electrical fields.
PTFE Polytetrafluoroethylene shaped pieces are made of high quality polytetrafluoroethylene resin moulded into blank materials according to the specifications of the products.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/Teflon) is the most widely used and largest variety of fluorine-containing plastics, with excellent comprehensive properties: high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, non-adhesion, high insulation, high lubrication and non-toxic. Widely used in chemical industry, machinery, Bridges, electricity, aviation, electronics and other fields, is one of the most ideal engineering materials in modern industrial civilization.
Polytetrafluoroethylene profile (PTFE/Teflon) : heat resistance: excellent high and low temperature resistance. Generally between 190 ºC ~ 260 ºC can be continuous use, has significant thermal stability, can work under freezing temperature and not brittle, not melt at high temperature
Corrosion resistance: almost free from corrosion by any chemical or solvent. It can protect parts from chemical corrosion of any kind.
Atmospheric aging resistance: long-term exposure to atmospheric surface and performance remain unchanged.
Non-viscous: having the minimum surface tension of a solid material without adhering to any substance.
Insulation: strong dielectric properties (dielectric strength is 10kv/mm).
Lubrication and wear resistance: low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes during load sliding, but the value is only between 0.04 and 0.15. It is because of its strong lubricity that it is also outstanding in wear resistance.
